EO DC Virtual Cooking Class w/ Chef Robbie

Whether you've been cooking for years, or you just stepped into your kitchen for the first time, you won't want to miss this awesome experience to learn how to cook and plate your food, led by fellow EO DC member, Chef Robert Wood! 

Our night will begin with a signature EO DC cocktail demo, inspired by the Roaring 1920's, as we edge closer to the end of 2020. You can enjoy your smoked salmon appetizer while you sip your signature cocktail and set up your station for the Cooking Demo with Chef Robbie. 

You'll choose your entrée ahead of time and enjoy letting Chef Robbie teach you tips and tricks that will improve all of your cooking. You will learn a lot during this class- from pointers on choosing/supporting your local food community, healthy alternatives for some of your favorite foods, to sustainable improvements you can make in the daily operations of your home kitchen.

For some extra competition, we will be featuring Culinary Trivia and a plating competition. You'll have the chance to win some fun prizes and mingle with fellow EO DC members.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
**Your EO Network registration is per person- all guests in your party must be registered; they cannot be listed in the comments section.
**In the comments section, please input what each person's entrée preference.
**List any dietary restrictions in the comments section of your registration.
**Registration will be closed on December 2nd at midnight EST. You will not be able to register past this deadline, as we need to send in the headcount for food to Chef Robbie's team.
**All meals will be delivered to your home during the day on Thursday, December 10 so your food is freshly prepared for you to cook during our event.

Appetizer
- Smoked Salmon Platter, served with Lemon Goat Cheese Mousse, and Crostini

Entrée Selection (choose 1)
- Seared Duck Breast and Cranberry Relish
- Seared Bavette Steak with Mustard Demi
- Wild Mushroom-Artichoke Galette with Basil-Apple Reduction
- Children's meal: Seared Chicken Breast
*All served with Pecan Crusted Sweet Potato & Wilted Greens

Dessert
- Pumpkin Bread Pudding, served with Bourbon Creme Anglaise
