stages of business: Start Up, Hard Work, Tweener, Silver Bullett Syndrome, Organization, Mature, and Divestiture are a part of the framework that makes up a company's stages of growth. They are tools to help us frame and identify what areas of conflict, or struggle, a business owner/entrepreneur may experience and how to overcome them in each stage. These stages are listed in order of how one may experience them, but they definitely are not stops on a linear timeline in a
business; rather, like the change management curve, or stages of grief, one can go in and out of stages - backwards and forwards - depending on decisions made and outcomes.
Courtney and Michael Pachuta are the founders of EFOGI, Entrepreneurs Focused on Growth, Inc. They are avid lead generators and skilled in the art of Strategic Networking and Event Coordination. Michael and his wife Courtney created the System of Growth, which outlines the different stages an organization goes through and the roles and influences that may impact each stage.
As certified Master Practitioners of NLP, they developed the System of Growth to share with professionals and entrepreneurs to assist with recognizing what stage of growth the organization is in and what influences might be guiding them.

Michael and Courtney provide practical, real-life experience shares. Having a plethora of life experiences including, but not limited to: launching several companies independently and together, acquiring and divesting companies, working in family businesses, raising children, adoption, step-children, marriage, divorce, 15 years as an EO member, visiting over 72 EO chapters and visiting all 50 states, and now launching a company that will highlight interviews of CEO's regarding their personal and professional growth and provide leadership teams weekly content regarding leadership, personal growth, technology, marketing and networking all geared to stimulate internal conversations and growth.
