Want to try something new? Perhaps find a deeper connection with fellow EO DC members virtually?
EO DC is testing out a new concept and is looking for 25 members for a beta test. This event will be hosted by Greg McDonough over Zoom and the Givitas platform. The Reciprocity Ring concept was developed by Adam Grant, Author of Give and Take, and has been implemented in hundreds of companies around the world.
Our hope is that this turns into a thriving community of giving and taking that starts with EO DC membership, then expands, with the goal of having 250+ members on the platform.
REQUIREMENT: in order to participate, you will need to come to the event with 2 'asks': one personal, and one professional. Your 'asks' also need to be SMART: specific, meaningful, action-oriented, real, time-bound. More instruction to follow.
About the Reciprocity Ring:
The Reciprocity Ring is a dynamic group exercise that applies the "pay-it-forward" principle to your team or group, while creating and cementing high-quality connections. People who use the Reciprocity Ring get the information they need and solve real problems- both personal and professional. Moreover, it energizes a group, creating strong relationships that help individuals and organizations.
Proven and reliable, the Reciprocity Ring is also simple, systematic, and scalable. It can be used with groups ranging from 12 to 500. To date, nearly 100,000 people have used this powerful exercise, including executives, managers, and professionals in many different types of companies, industries, and locations around the world.
***Upon registering, you will receive a separate email from Jamie Kopp, EO DC Chapter Manager with a customized Zoom link.
