· Beth Berman:
Beth loves optimizing and connecting leaders and teams.
After 15 successful years in B-to-B Sales & Marketing, Beth joined the leadership team of an
entrepreneurial Recruiting and Job Search Coaching business, navigating the complexities
of a post-Financial Crisis business landscape. The daughter of a spirited, serial entrepreneur, Beth launched
her consultancy, Compellications™ to help entrepreneurial companies build
aligned teams and craft their external messaging. As an internationally recognized Facilitator
and Speaker, Beth helped companies in the Transportation, Finance, Accounting, Pharmaceutical,
Health Services and other easily commoditized industries boost sales and
increase retention. As Beth worked with clients, a common theme emerged: High-growth companies were running their
businesses on EOS (The Entrepreneurial Operating System). After running her own
company on the system, Beth is on a mission to help leaders achieve the
traction required for growth and scale. A Professional EOS Implementer, Beth
helps team get clear on where they are going, execute on that vision, and be
exponentially better than the competition.
Randy Taussig:
Randy’s passion is helping entrepreneurs get what they want
from their businesses. He is a certified EOS implementer who has facilitated
over 400 EOS full-day sessions with 50 companies. Randy's entrepreneurial roots go back to 1860 when his
great-great grandfather started two bakeries in Washington, D.C. which
eventually grew into a $150 million molasses and sugar refining business
(Sucrest Corporation) that produced some well-known products like Grandmas
Molasses®, a staple for many bakers and a brand still available on the market
today. He joined the family business after graduating from the
University of Delaware, working first in finance and then in marketing, sales
and operations after earning his M.B.A. He continued to work at the company for
over 10 years, helping grow the business both organically and through acquisition,
which eventually led to its sale to a larger food conglomerate. Later, he ran the marketing and sales for a $40M
pharmaceutical packaging business, led the marketing and operations for a
national trade association and built two consulting practices. As founder of BlueCore Leadership, he now helps
entrepreneurs simplify, clarify and achieve their vision. He is also a private
pilot who is passionate about flying, with over 1,500 flight hours accumulated
both personally and for business.
