that the Washington Nationals Park (located in Navy Yard). The game begins at 4:05 PM, though your VIP tickets will get you into the stadium as early as 2:30 PM.
You will receive your tickets electronically in an email from Jamie (jkopp@eodcnetwork.org) on Friday, September 17th.
Your VIP tickets are for the Swing Big Beer Pen, which EO DC has privately rented out, is located in Center Field on the 2nd level. We'll see areas of the stadium that most people don't get to see and don't have access to. Each ticket has a $35 concession credit, which can be used on food, drinks, team store merchandise, etc.
We will enjoy food and drinks and watch the Nats take on the Colorado Rockies. Watching the game from Center Field will give us an incredible view! This is a once-in-a-lifetime event that every member will want to attend and you do not want to miss!
Since space for this event is limited, attendance for no additional fee is limited to one member and one guest (guest can be a spouse/significant other/child/date). You are welcomed and encouraged to bring your children, but we ask that you limit child guests to your own children (or children of your spouse), and not childhood friends of your children. After the first two attendees included at no cost, there is an additional guest fee of $35 per person, with a maximum of 6 total guests (including member, spouse, children) per member. Babies and toddlers two-and-under are also free and are not included in the total attendee limitation.
**All members and guests must be registered individually for this event - names cannot be listed in the comments section to count for registration.
**Registration will close Monday, September 13 at 5pm EST.

2:30 - 4:00 PM - Arrival (please arrive no later than 4:00 PM). Arrival can be at any gate and you will make your way to the Swing Big Beer Pen to collect your name tag and check in with Jamie
