I'm a registered dietitian with a masters of science in public health. My husband and I have 2 high-adventure young boys... on hikes I usually end up carrying someone else's stick collection. You can usually find me on Instagram and Facebook stories being a totally normal mom, but changing the way people think about feeding their kids for the better. I've worked in food banks, food access research, government feeding programs, and now am thrilled to be building my own public health company.
